or complications with your return, please call FitMed Inc. to authorize a return before sending products back. All items must be returned in clean and like new condition, or a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Free shipping offers are for USA orders only.
All domestic shipments are sent either via UPS or USPS.
Orders placed by 3PM PST will be shipped the same day Mon-Fri.
Next Day Air shipments ordered on Friday before 3PM Pacific Time will arrive on Monday.
Saturday delivery is available for $10-35 extra.
