FitMed Customer Service Our customer service staff is trained to answer product questions, place orders, handle returns and help with all aspects of customer service.

FitMed provides phone support and 30 day warranty. After 30 days all repairs are handled by the product manufacturers.

Placing Orders
On-Line Orders: You must click on the “add to cart” button next to each product you wish to order.

Fax Orders:
Please fax the following information to 1.415.924-8383
you must include your:
name and ship to address
phone number
credit card number and expiration date
billing address (if different than ship to address)
item's  you wish to order & quantity
item price
color and size if appropriate

Return Policy - 30 day return period for all items received in like new condition. 15% restocking fee will be applied to any item returned in worn condition. Please call our office to authorize any return.

Shipping and Handling
Free shipping offers are for USA only.
All domestic shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.
Orders placed by 3PM PST will be shipped the same day Mon-Fri.
Next Day Air shipments ordered on Friday before 3PM Pacific Time will arrive on Monday.
Saturday delivery is available for $10-35 extra.
Standard UPS Ground shipping prices apply to 48 States ONLY.
Most International Orders are shipped US Express Airmail (4-7 days)
