We are confident in the products we offer, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products with the exception of Home Exercise Equipment (see the individual product pages for information on exceptions.) To avoid delays or complications with your return, please call HeartMonitors.com to authorize a return before sending products back. All items must be returned in clean and like new condition, or a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy

30 day return period for items received in in original packaging in like new condition. Used items are subject to 10% to 25% restocking charge. Damaged items may or may not be refunded depending on the amount and type of damage. Please call our office 888-418-2377 M-F 9-5 to receive authorization for a return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any item returned in worn condition. Please call our office to authorize any return.

All voucher sales associated with Active.com, Schwaggle.com, or Gearbuzz.com are final and non-refundable. All product sales resulting from the redemption of a Schwaggle voucher or Gearbuzz.com email offer are returnable in exchange for store credit. Product must be returned within a 30 day period and be received in original packaging and in like new condition.
