Women's heart rate monitors are typically a little smaller but come with the exact same functionality of the standard size versions. Often times women's versions are offered in different colors. Manufacturers will designate products for women as women's or mid-size.

Women's Heart Rate Monitor Buying Guidelines

Women's heart monitor sizes are typically a little smaller - both the size of the watch and the watch strap. If your wrist is a little larger, you may want to consider purchasing the full size or men's version
If you are interested in a heart rate monitor with a chest strap, most manufacturers offer different strap sizes. Be sure to choose the proper size when purchasing your heart monitor.
Accessories will fit men's, women's, mid-size and full size heart rate monitors. There are not specific versions for women's models.
