Polar RS800 assists competitive runners in optimizing training programs. Interval timers optimize warm-up, target heart-rate zone, intervals and cool-down. Sport Zone program sets target zones based on Vo2Max and HR Max.

Polar RS800CX displays beats-per-minute, percent of HRmax and average heart rate. Infrared technology downloads all RS800 training data to your PC. Polar WebLink™ software transfers data from RS800 to polarpersonaltrainer.com, creating a training diary, analysis and data storage. Fitness Test™ w/ OwnIndex® measures fitness level to predict your VO2 max. Polar running index measures aerobic fitness and running economy .

Compatible with Polar S3 stride sensor or Polar G3 GPS accessory for speed, distance and pace information. Compatible with T31c 100% waterproof chest transmitter.

Polar Wearlink® WIND digital heart rate transmitter with coded transmission to eliminate interference by other heart rate monitors.
