Polar RS400 for Runners

   Bought my rs400 on 5-26-09 so I have had it and used it a little over 6 months. Chris @ 1-800-959-4089 helped me decide which monitor I needed. I wanted one I could download info to my computer, but also I wanted to use it in the pool. He thought the 400 would be right for me, well after 6 mo. of use I can say he was right. I have also used the customer support (Called Chris) to help me with a qustion or 2 on the set up of the monitor when I first got it and he talked me right thru it. The only neg. I have to say about it is I always ware it for a watch and sometimes the button that puts it in training mode will get bumped by my wrist while working and accidently get put in training or recording mode. Which is no big deal I just have to hit the quit button, but it does happen sometimes. Love my RS400. Ordered the GPS option today.
