Jeff Galloway has been helping
runners achieve their goals for decades. An "average" high school
runner, he continued to train, and eventually competed in the 1972
Olympics. Since then, Jeff has shared his love of running by coaching
and inspiring runners of all abilities. Jeff now supervises Galloway
Productions, which conducts fitness seminars, fitness vacations,
