Each week,
the program loads your calendar with the perfect mix of
workouts - from easy runs to interval workouts - with
heart rates and intensities calculated based on the
runner's phase of training and workout performance.
For
each workout, you will be given the specific distance,
duration, heart rate (or effort) and pace. The program
leads you through four different phases of training,
including base training, endurance, racing, and peaking.
It
lets you train for one important race, or an entire season
of peak performances.

For each workout, the plan suggests the
mileage, duration, heart rate, exertion level and pace to keep you in
your perfect training zone! Every week, the plan evaluates your current
performance level and adjusts your training based on your current times
and heart rate. It then creates your next week of workouts based on your
goals, training phase, and performance level. Examples:
Beginning Fitness Runners
Adult Recreational Runners (5k, 10k)
