OPTIONAL: Timex Data Recorder
The Timex® Data Recorder collects information from the Timex Digital heart rate chest belt and downloads to Windows PC via USB. Timex® Trainer software charts progress to maximize workouts. The data recorder stores 72 hours of HR information.
The Timex data recorder is small measuring only about 1 inch on each side. It is easy to use and clips on or slips into your pocket. Battery is 2 years under normal conditions. You can record multiple workouts and acclaimed Timex Trainer software and a USB download cable is included.
The Timex Trainer software logs your workout data and generates graphs, time in traning zone, recovery heart rate, fitness tests, exercise time and other reports.
Timex Trainer Software requires a PC based computer (no Mac at this point in time), an available USB port and Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, or XP, Vista or Windows 7 operating system.
