If for any reason you don't wish to keep your WaterGym Belt, you may return it as long as it is in its new and original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling cost on your original receipt.  (*See note about Video / DVD below.)  Please do the following:

1. Place your WaterGym Belt back into the original box that it was shipped in.
2. Include all original receipts (make a copy for your records) and information that was included in the package with your belt and your reason for return. Important! We cannot give you a refund without your receipt.
3. Call 1-888-WATERGYM  (1-888-928-3749)  Mon-Fri between 10 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.

5. Once we receive your belt, you will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs. If you want to exchange your belt for another size, there will be a $7.50 shipping charge.
