2. WHO IS FITMED?
FitMed Health & Fitness (also known as Heartmonitors.com ) have been our main distributors for  WaterGym products for over 5 years now. You are currently on their site to order your product.  You may place your online order now through their secured website, or order by phone.  Your receipts & credit card will show you bought your WaterGym product from them. 3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped priority mail within one business day of receipt of order if items are in stock. Sometimes we ship UPS Ground for larger orders. If you have a shipping preference, please call to let us know.

4. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You may return your WaterGym product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in it's new and original condition. You will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs on your original receipt. Instructions below.
Please note: There are two exceptions to this policy:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of the extra work involved in processing international orders there are no refunds or exchanges.
DVD ORDERS: Anti-piracy regulations prevent us from accepting non-defective returns for opened DVD's or CD's.

5. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
1. Place your product back into it's original box.
2. Include all original receipts & information (make a copy for your records) into your box, including reason for return. Important! We cannot give refunds without receipt.
3. Call us (toll free) 1-888-WATERGYM  (888-928-3749)  Mon-Fri 10-5 Pacific Time to let us know you are returning your product.

5. Once we receive your product, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. If you want to exchange your WaterGym Flotation Belt for another size, there'll be a $7.50 charge to ship another belt to you (US orders only).

6. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping rates are calculated by either UPS or US Postal online rate tables for the exact weight of your order and the zip code the item is shipped to.  Customers may view the costs of various  shipping  options while placing their orders and then select their preferred shipping method.
